In place of Body, Heart & Soul, I will now be running a new series of sexuality and intimacy workshops called Living Tantra. For those of you who have already experienced Body, Heart & Soul with me, Living Tantra will offer an opportunity to explore more deeply into the realms of ecstatic loving, sexual intimacy and sacred union. Because of the nature of this work, a pre-requisite for the Living Tantra course is the weekend workshop: Introduction to Living Tantra. The aim of Living Tantra is to give you a space where you can learn and grow into celebrating your natural, healthy sexuality with tenderness, consciousness, integrity and joy. Part 1 of Living Tantra is a 5 day workshop.
